On 17th December 2017, I went to Delhi from Kolkata through the Air India flight. The flight time was around 6:45 am and I reached the Kolkata Airport around 5:00 am. After reaching the airport, I got my boarding pass around 5:30 am. and I waited for the boarding time. The thing was that Price was too high but the service was not so good as compared to the price. The ground staffs were behaving like chief executives and they don’t pay attention to anyone before boarding. They don’t keep us updated. Now the flight was take off at the right time but the food quality they gave us was simply worst. Seating space was naturally good. Actually, Air India does not give me the quality service and their behaviour was not good as I wish to be. And one more thing was that Air India travel from pick point to drop point via many halts which takes too many times to reach my destination.
