I often travel by Airindia and my experience has always been very good.the service is very good.till now there has never been delay in the flight timings in which I have travelled.the complimentary food service given is also of very good quality.the airhostesses are very helpful.i travelled in the airindia dreamliner last time.
The leg space and seating space was sufficient.there was a tv attached with each seat where I watched a movie the entire journey.overall my experience with airindia is very good.
