Air India has cancelled my Bangalore to trivandrum flight due to take off on 23rd dec(coming wednesday morning), just 3 days before the flight departure on 19th December night(tonight), and has given NO ALTERNATIVES whatsoever! I(alongwith 2 of my friends) am left with no choice but to forego all my hotel bookings or aishwaryasingh23 10k extra for a new booking(with a better saner airlines).
NEVER EVER going to book an air india. Such pathetic service!
