Actually I had my journey safe with AIR INDIA which is a big trust to everyone. I’ve travelled from Bangalore to Chennai.
Coming to check - in counter I have to get my boarding pass from them. when I went there and I’ve collected my pass and
it is a special and everybody can easily find when entered.
Actually the staff they have good respect to me and I think for others too. They are very interactive for every questions.
Actually the seating space is just like normal and nothing much to speak. just like bus seats not big more than that.
But I don’t what happened on the day of my journey they waited us for extra half -an-hour at the gate. I think there might be a reason but they will follow the timings and they are punctual.
