Dear Readers,
I have read so many reviews about all the bad things about Air-India that I ask myself why do people who can make informed decisions in life and spend time and money do go by Air-India. I myself never go by Air-India though I live in LA and go to India and other Asian countries quite often because I research well.
Just look around and there are so many good asian airlines like Malayisa Airlines, Singapore, Thai, Korean etc that provide world class service. There are also other Eurpopean Airlines that are quite good also.
If you are paying for your own plane ticket then make sure you fly any airline other than Air-India If you think that the service is bad. Please research and check reviews on Air-India before you fly.
Just like we make informed decisions when we want to buy something the same applies also when flying. When you know that something is not good then don’t make the mistake of using it and then complaining about it.
