Worst Service ever!!!!

First of all, dears dont go for this flight. I booked Air India Express flight no. IX411 to Sharjah on 10.09.2021. I reached airport at 11 am and done covid test and stood for around 2 hours in queue to get Boarding pass. When my turn came they were saying like they cannot provide me Boarding pass because I am flying with my new passport and they should get the mail form UAE regarding my entry is approved. I travelled with the same new passport from Abu Dhabi to India 9 days before and there was no problem. Still they are saying they cannot issue boarding pass. Whenever I approach the staff and ask about this they wont even look at my face and replying like they cannot do anything. They made me wait there like a beggar until the last minutes of counter closing time. Atlast after making me too much tensed and they gave me Boarding pass 1 hour before flight and I had to run to immigration and there was long queue. Because of Gods grace only I got everything cleared and got in the flight. Its all because of the irresponsibility of the staff that this much delay happened.


So, I please request everyone not to go for this Flight anymore. Service and staff are pathetic.
