Worst Airline Worst Passenger Service

It is with reference to the flight taken on 07/10/2105 from Hyderabad tp Riyadh via Mumbai . the flight AI 921 got delayed for more than 3 hours from Mumbai to Riyadh. For this delay iwas not even provided a glass of water. as per the DGCA rules if international flight got delayed for more than 3 hours the customer should get full refund.


But I was not even given a single rupee as compensation. I have mailed the top officials so many times didn’t even receive a single reply from them. This is the worst flight I had in my entire life.
