Air India was one of the good airlines before but now Air India is falling down as it fails to provide good service to the passengers. I was once travelling through Air India from Mumbai to Lucknow. I’d bought the ticket for around 10000 bucks. I arrived the Terminal at Mumbai 2 hours before the scheduled time. I went through the security check and I collected my boarding passes. After some time there was an announcement that the flight was delayed by an hour. So I didn’t cared that much as it was a common thing for the flights to be delayed. I waited at the airport for an hour and then I went to inquire about the timings of the flight and I found out that the flight was again delayed by an hour. All the passengers were very angry including me. The staff was not cooperating with the passengers. After that we boarded the flight and we were ready to take off. The Flight attendant was talking very rudely to one the passenger when she asked for the meal which she pre-ordered before the flight. There was a lot of chaos going in the flight. I was frustrated by this.
This was my worst experience ever with any airline.
