With Air India - you cannot expect service but you will surely loose your baggage or stuff will be stolen out of it. Staff is rude and corrupt and they don’t take written complaints.
I travelled in AI112 from NY -Delhi , my baggage was not only delayed by 7 days but items were stolen out of the bags. Baggage services declined to take my complaint and their vigilance department is sitting with complaint from lat 10 dyas .Do you think , the chance to go by this Air line is worth .
Travel by British, Lufthansa, Swiss, KLM, Emirates etc but not by Air India...
They are thieves as well as their whole system is corrupt.......in flight service sucks , baggage is stolen, no courtesy on the ticket counters, people cry for service ............India has changed a lot but not Air india. It is the same bunch of thieves....
