Air India was nothing short of excellence. The food was good. The fight departed and arrived on time. The cabin crew were assertive and organised. The plane had a unique decor that was appealing. The airline got in touch to notify me of changes to departure time for my return flight. And Air India is one of few airlines that encourages passengers to move around to avoid deep vain thrombosis.
The far was reasonable and about 10% cheaper than leading Airlines. All in all if Air India worries you because of all the bad reviews don’t let it. I’d heard and read the bad reviews but in the end Air India turned out to be excellent and way beyond my expectations.
