I traveled with my friends on Air-India from Frankfurt to New Delhi on 7th July, got delayed in Frankfurt due to system failure and after waiting for 2 hours were told that at last all the baggage has arrived, reached New Delhi @ around midnight with no baggage at all.....To top it up there was not EVEN A SINGLE AIR-INDIA STAFF MEMBER PRESENT............had to wait for 2 hours before some man arrived trying TO LOOK SORRY AND SHEEPISH........and the next day when we called up to inquire about the bags, same old story of we don’t have any information and the attitude problem of air-India
Air-India is one airline whose staff is also not ready to listen and don’t care about the passenger’s time and problem (gov’t company attitude............that is why the have a loss n debt of hundreds of Cr)
