I travelled by AI from Paris to Bombay. The flight was
8 hours late, the service was terrible, and there
were no appologies or reasons offered for the
delay. The flight was to go to Bombay
but landed in Delhi.
I was stuck in the plane for 2 hours, while some
government officials took their own sweet time
to get to the plane. I finally landed in B’bay
and missed my connection flight to B’lore.
When I tried to use the sky phone on the plane,
to inform Jet airways (my connecting carrier)
I got a message from the telephone compnay that
the phone bill had not been paid !!!!
I would never ever again fly AI. It is a complete
disgrace. It is disgusting to find people who are
so incompetent and blatantly shameless.
