Air India previously good airlines but now days Air India is in very critical condition, in very worst phase of his journey.
If we say in right wau Air India only present best but in reality they will not full fill our demands.
only the best part is that the crew members are only supportive but other facilities are not good., seats are very comfortable last week I was travelling by Air India flight, I feel very uncomfortable on the other hands the indigo is the very much best with the Air India.
customer care are so much supportive as indigo.so I didn’t like Air India flights, its a major reason.
