From starting only I get very doubtful because of my friends reviews on it but when I traveled oh god I came to know the reality.
The Over all experience I could say was very bad. I am really very upset with the maintenance of this flight they could have done much better guys. If we the customers are paying that much then we expect proper service, hygienic service from the airlines company but here its really very difficult. I will share my Likes and Dislikes about Air India.
Likes:
The name: Yes the Name is only good thing in this I think.
Staff: Staff is also satisfactory they try their best to satisfy but there should be efforts from management too.
Ticket: We get the ticket in Air India easily when we decided in an emergency or a sudden plan.
Dislikes:
Food: Food is not at all good here in this airlines, now a days after seeing so many things of Lizards and rats I think that I am afraid to even have the food provided by them.
Timings: Sometimes it happens the timings will also become a problem.
During the time of Take Off it is too noisy when compare to other Airline I usually travel.
