Air India is completely useless in punctuality. Worst management. I believe they run the aircraft with continuous schedule. If that flights delayed in one country, its getting delayed in its entire schedule until the flight rests.
They make money with bad name and cruse to management people who run this. They should learn timings/management from JET airways. People don’t know to spend time can book and spend 2 -3 days in airport and flight for single journey.
