I recently flew from Delhi to Bangkok and back in business class on Indian airlines. Let me tell you that there cannot be a worse airline than Indian Airlines flying in the Indian skies.
I have flown over 50 different airlines and rate them as the worst. The cabin crew has no courtesy towards the passenger. I boarded an Airbus 320 in the business class only to find out that the seat was not reclining . I asked the air hostess for a change and she said that all the seats were taken. I waited for take off as I could see about three empty seats . Obviously these were vacant and I asked the air hostess again after take off but she declined. After take off three staff members came up from the economy section and occupied these seats! Obviously these freebie travellers from the economy section had some good friends in the staff and one of them was Indian Airlines staff himself!!
Seems Indian Airlines had given priority to staff over a full paying passenger.
Strongly recommend that nobody flies Indian Airlines until they really start to go empty and learn a lesson
