This is what the flight counter told me in Mumbai ’I know you have a paid ticket for your 2 year old girl, but we dont have a seat for her to seat with you together, so you can let her seat separately’. Who in the world will ever let this happen. These guys are just criminals. The aircrafts are not only second hand, the people working on them are not even qualified. This airline should not be allowed to fly.
The flight has universal light controls, which means they control the reading lights and shut them off when they want. The flight attendents would then walk the lanes and ask you to sleep ( even if you dont feel like ).
Air India treats all economy class like dirt. I am not sure about business class. I guess they dont have any concept of customer service. There is this guys who walks arould like a don of some kind looking at you, he is not an attendent, but he does move around the aircraft with some file in his hand. Not sure who he/she is but very scary.
