Worst Ever Customer Service. I called the US Toll free number, it got disconnected during the call a million times and there were no call back from those customer care reps. Best to avoid AirIndia flights. Better take a cheaper flight when flying from International. Instead spending a higher price on Air India for Intl flights to get miles is a not a good option.
Their customer service sucks. The call quality is v.v.bad and poor. There were background noise. I will never take an Air India flight.
