Old aircrafts, poor customer service, on-time performance is very bad. It does not have the latest gear to fly in low visibility and rainy conditions.
Bad attitude of cabin crew... not very customer friendly. Most staff truly symbolize the Sarkari work style. this airlines should be closed and save tax payers money to carry this noncompetitive white elephant.
Sworn never to fly this airlines ever again, as they just don’t care about passengers.
Avoid it at all costs.
