Hey Indian airlines & Air India...supposed to be the face of our Indian Hospitality..well..thats what they are supposed to be!I cannot even give the check in counter & PUNTUALITY any rating becos they are not even eligible for the minimum rating but I am forced to cos I cannot send in this review without it. BAD!!well thats not the word..when flying out with these airlines make sure that you call about the flight being on time just before you leave home for the airport cos..ANYTHING..I mean anything can happen..& they dont even have the courtsey to call & inform you about the delay, So if you have some work to be finished..better cal the airport office...by the way u gotta be lucky if anyone answers the phone in the first 3 times you call up&then if they are in the mood to give you the delay time for your particular flight, I just went through a 11 hours delay on a International sector..& the same goes for domestic flights as well..maybe not 11 hrs..just2-3 hrs.Once you get on board, dont expect anyone to be courteous & ask you if u r in need of anything though you might look restless & in need(unless you are really good looking!!), Dont desitate to call for the flight attandant who in time ...WILL BE PLEASED TO ASSIST YOU!!Also another big thing dont expect anythin good other than decent food for sure & you shall not go disappointed!!
