I went to Darjeeling. First went to Kolkata. The experience was good? Yes.
But the staff mmmmmmmm. I will tell you tomorrow. just joking. While entering the airport, we had no problems at all. The staff of Mumbai airport was co operative THIS TIME. Well, I have flown with Indina airlines for about 7 times, with jet for 4 times and 1 time with Air India. INdian Airlines was not so good before. Now it has improved a lot. But there are some exceptions like the staff. Like we say Monday morning blues, for them it should be everyday morning blues. They are misers in showing a smile. They probably know the fact that it takes 14 muscles to smile while 72 to frown. SO they don’t want to waste their energy in making that smile with 14 muscles. At the time of entry she smiles. And one air hostess was arguing with a passenger for not swirching a mobile phoen. She was telling as if she has fought with somebody and wants to discard all her anger on him. The food was good.
At the other airport, the preponded the flight. But there is a mystery hiding behind it. The flight was of alliance air and it was also good but It went via Tezpur to Bagdogra (to tell you, we were going to Darjeeling). Luckily, we could see the air force airports. The food was good at both flights and Alliance air crew were spending their energy in stretching 14 muscles to form a smile.
To say, Indian airlines has improved a lot. Only while coming it was late by two hours.
