I am not a frequent flier.I have traveled abroad just 3 times in my life and would like to share my experiences.
My first journey was from Delhi to Paris(France)in june1988 and my airline was Thai-Airways.We were(I was travelling along with my colleague Mr. Balu Kamble and it was company sponsored trip for one and half training schedule in france)so excited that airline/class/comfort/service level was just immaterial for us.itis difficult to remember service or comfort level after 12years.Any how journey was full of satisfying in nature.
My Second journey was also an official trip from Delhi to copenhagen(Denmark)and my airline was Scandinavian airline (SA).I could make difference between Air India and SA air line.SA was too organised and disciplined .Limited air hostess and staff managed whole show but it was a just a revers case in Air india(To take flight from Delhi, I travelled from Mumbai to Delhi by an international air india flight)
My third flight was from Mumbai To london By Delhi and my airline was Air-India.I must blame travellers(Indian) than air line .I have witnessed a sense of indisciplined and hooliganism among the indian traveller .Most of the people wanted every thing in excess part to eat and part to keep in their pocket. Inspite of inadequate service and delays I will still recommend People to travel By AIR INDIA. first of all we have to develope a sense of proudness in ourself and our own AIR LINE.
