I too travelled once in Air India flight... thank god a short one (just from Delhi to Bangalore). At Paalam (Indira Gandhi International) Air port itself you can make out which is the AI counter. On all other counters beautiful young ladies were inviting you with a pleasant smile (specially at Sahara India Counter just adjacent to AI) but for Maharaja there was an old lady. My first expression was hey I am certainly not in search of a Mom. The vehicle which took us to the plane was also just OK. The journey was OK. The food was kaam-chalau. The choclate was a bit old one. Only good thing I do remember was on getting down at Bangalore Airport a pretty girl presented me a flower with a smile. She was damn sweet. Later on I came to know that she was from some kids wear shop at Bangalore. But that made my experience with maharaja a pleasant one as all is well if it ends well.
Bye...
