AIR INDIA PASSENGERS BEAWARE
Deliberate and Intentional Denial of Boarding Pass on AIR INDIA flight 343 from Chennai to Mumbai on 08/06/14.

As per my schedule plan left for Chennai airport around 8.40 AM to board the above flight., reached airport well in time and reported at Air india counter around 10.00 AM on 8.06.14 and was on way for check in at Air india counter, but I was denied boarding card and was totally shocked and and perplexed at the rude and unruly behaviour of commercial Air India staff
The staff members were adamant, most uncooperative and total lack of passengers urgency/requirement. The commercial staff did not provide any contact numbers to contact the senior higher officials also nor allowed us to meet the Duty Officer at the airport for resolution.
I was totally rendered help us and heartbroken not knowing what to do?. I also requested endoresment for the next two AIR INDIA flights that was to follow the same day.Even that was not provied and had to run from pillar to post.
Apart from my mental tensions/anxiety commotion at the airport I also lost my cash amount Rs 4, 500 in addition the penality and financial loss inflicedf by AIR INDIA on me by depriving my travels plans/hotel reservations etc loosing my ticket amount with providing any endorsemnt also though I have reported one before at the airport.
Unable to understand the reasons for lack of clarity regarding full refund of ticket money for Intentional Denial of Boarding pass to us.
We have requested AIR INDIA to provide the following details for intentional Denial of Boarding Pass on AIR INDIA flight 343. Unable to understand the reasons for not providing the full details at per CCTV CAMERA footage.
1) My Entry IN and Out Timings at the Chennai Air India Aiport / Booking Office( AS PER CCTV FOOTAGE COVERING)
2) Entire episode/interaction between Air India Commercial Staff and self inside Chennai Air India Airport. on 08/06/14
3) Full Reasons and explanation for Deliberate Denial of Boarding Pass to the WOMAN PASSENGER on 08/06/14.
4) Regarding Refund/Cancellation of Air India Journey Ticket PROCEDURE.
5) AIR INDIA ITINEARY RECEIPT has no details mentioned regarding refund/cancellation procedure.
6) Ticket was Purchased from Air India Booking Office at Hyderabad on 05/-06/14 INPUT details regarding cancellation and refund was not informed nor there is any thing mentioned on the AIR TICKET also.
7) Not providing email and contact details of senior officials of AIR INDIA to represent of our heart felt griveances to one and all across and take the up the issue with senior most officials of Air India for resolution to the long pending vexed issue.
8) Inspite of continuous follow up action and email NO REPLY FROM AIR INDIA.
