Wanted to fly from Lucknow to New Delhi and checked on the “net” to find and finalize flight details. Unfortunately, opening the Indian Airlines website was a disaster, with so so many links but not one link to tell me which Indian Airlines flight will make me reach my destination.
Chaos is the right word to be used here. I found the details to travel to all God Forsaken places but not Delhi.
The Air Fare for IA was also sadly missing.
Indian Airlines should try to be more geared up in advertising and promotions. Show some “Spirit” bhai----ap hamara deshi ki domestic flights ki shan ha---aur aga bhi raha
I would love to travel via IA and hope that the next time I find my flight on the Website and board it too…
