Dear friends, I want to share my experience I have faced from Air India. I had been going to Dubai in last week for a personal matter. without having another flight from Calicat to Dubai in that day and less ticket charge, I choose Air India. when I went from Cochin to Hyderabad before this I had bad feedback about Air India. then I faced lots of issues. so I was worried about this. but I tell the truth I was pleasantly surprised. the foods and drinks quality is really good and tasty . the flight atandance were supportive, and help full enough. I got the window seat so I didn’t knew time pass. and it had in my frond a TV console so I enjoy the Bollywood movie’tooblight’, it was enough to treat me. the journey was really comfortable. when I quit from flight I had a doubht in my mind’did the improve their service stantard?’
