In the present open sky policy many airlines are operating in the Indian skies and many more will be there in near future but I consider Indian airlines will remain as mother of all airlines and passengers are like sons and daughters of a mother who at times after the argument leave the home and move to hostels and rented house but mother is after all a mother only which you only get once in your lifetime, and sooner or later when the sons and daughters realize their mistake they come back home called "home coming"which has its own charm and pleasure, so I have seen many passengers shift to other domestic airlines due to some sentimental problems related with Indian airlines but they again come back saying its the Indian airlines which knows and fulfills their legitimate demand and after all its the mother which cant leave her sons and daughters and this has been the eye opener when the question of social obligation comes may it be the Gulf evacuation or Tsunami relief work from Portblair or earthquake victims of Bhuj and for that matter carrying the human remains of Kargil heroes and you name it and Indian airlines is there for you always and ever ready.So a mother will always be a mother, its the sons and daughters need to understand and value their mother and give due regards to her.
