I was coming to usa for my further study yesterday. I was on ahmedabad airport. they know that this guy is leaving for more than 2 years and since he is leaving for student visa he will be needed more luggage to bring. my hand baggage was little extra.say around 5 kgs. they make me remove most of the personal things of my hand baggage.i had to leave all importants things because flight person didn’t allow even one kg extra.i asked them to charge for excess baggage and they ask me for big amount of money which was not fair by their side. last time when we came back from germany in gulf air, they didn’t even ask for weight of handbaggage. we brought more than 20 kgs in a bag..
flight should be one which cares for its passenger not the one who make everyone disturbed for their experienced.
I am right now in usa and that was my first experience of airindia and most probably last one.
I must say that food in air india was really nice one.
