Service means Indian Airlines

I have travelled in many domestic and international airlines. The best service credit always goes to IA.


Sometimes flights do get delayed or even cancelled, but.. you can always rely on the staff as they would help you to their best to get you safe at the destination.


Once my evening flight from Delhi to chennai was delayed by 3 hours which meant that I would reach chennai by 12 at the midnight. My ticket was internet booking with lowest fare and no flexible changes or other options. Any airline in this case will just either refund your money back for not travelling or tell you to take the night flight.


I spoke to the IA manager at the Delhi airport, and told him that as a girl I cant travel at 12 from chennai airport to home. He tried very hard and got me a seat on the early morning flight the next day. He had also assured me that if he doesnt get in IA, he would try other airlines for me. They are very helpful people who know what service industry is all about. They stand out in service when you compare with Air Deccan / Kingfisher!!! I like Indian Airlines.
