We traveled by AI 154 in Thomas Cook conducted EAST EUROPE DHAMAKA tour on 12.08.2016 from VIENNA to DELHI . The food served in the air plane was the worst to say the least, we remained hungry as caterer selected by AIR INDIA in VIENNA has no experience in preparing food suiting Indians( majorly) taste buds . Bread provided was so hard that ordinary person could not eat it despite trying his or her level best . The quality of chicken /lamb was very bad, it was, in fact, stale food served to passengers .
The breakfast provided in the morning was equally bad .
However when we traveled by AI 153 from DELHI to VIENNA on 7.8.2016, food quality was excellent and everyone appreciated it .
Why can’t AIR INDIA select good caterers in VIENNA who know about Indian Taste - INDIA GATE selected by THOMAS COOK.
