I was traveling from new delhi to bombay so I took the air india flight which was best suiting my time. The time of the flight is passed and no entry was given to any passenger after the time passed we asked the staff when will we get entry and flight will board they told us that it will board soon pilot is coming. It was a connecting flight and due to some errors they need to shift the passengers to another plain . That was very disappointing as it happens with air india daily we were given entry after 1.5 hr and then the flight departed.
