I needed to get a fare for a domestic flight from BOM-DEL and was kept on hold for ONE HOUR by the AI staff at the airport. He could not seem to understand that I needed to travel urgently. the staff needs to learn how to be polite and answer passengers if they want to be around too long.
hope they realize that they lose a lot of their business as they dont have anyone to answer to problems of passengers.As for their punctuality the less said the better. The food on the plane too is very average You ask for a Veg Meal you are told, veg meals are over. you did not put in a meal request. I BOOKED AT YOUR AI COUNTER AT THE AIRPORT!!!!!
