Air India is a flying hell with the worst degree of unprofessional flying crew and world’s most corrupt Management and ground staff which includes people on Ticket counters , baggage services etc,
In Delhi when I was asked to pay a bribe of Rs 1000 to ignore 2KGS of overweigt on my checkin baggage. They will steal your luggage , happened on the same trip and no one will listen .Go to the Air India website and you will see the link to their vigilance website but they will also not listen , you know why ---- I cannot write here .. but I hope you understand.......Everyone is involved in this flying racket What ever they have their CVO Manjari Kacker -I have sent her 20 emails but she never responded -- -I know now Why
So Friend if you wanna fly to yoour own country India -Don’t fly by Air India and this implies to any person of any country or roign . I don’t want people to think bad about my country due to this flying racket...............
Hell with Air india -- There are better choices around
I think there is a need to get this Air line priviatised and current staff needs to be booted out (Laid off, sacked) and professionals take it over , then only it will be safe to fly by Air India.
