Valid schengen visa and OK to board but still airline refused to allow to fly to Paris. 3 hours wait at counter. Immigration cleared in 5 min again document check at gate. with schengen visa u can go to any European country. After that to checkout from airport took 4 hours. Incompetent staff and no manners. Shameful. After tata takeover airline has become worst .
