Air India is India’s official airline. Official is not a word it has means that we can assured about services. I had booked my ticket from air india official site from New delhi to malesiya on 20th of may 2018 . But my father denied me cause of health. So I had cancel my ticket. And they said that we giving you refund of your money in 3 working days but I didn’t get so I have complaint to official I khew that service of this airline is good not at risk because it has government airline and I have travel many time before by this airline. complaint a little issue about ticket cancellation refund than they surprise me. Airline official take action in just 2 hrs and refund me my money. I have travel many time through Air India because I assured and I love because air India is local airlines. Food quality of air India is good and appreciable. So I like this airline very much.
