I think Air India should improve .Air India is a bad air lines . Their service is so poor .Seats are uncomfortable but food was good.Price are not soo high but still are costly if you compare thier services and other facilities. There are not attending you properly.
If you ask for cold drink they will not give you and if you ask for any other beverage again like coffee they will make face will giveing. You should not go for it . You can take other airlines in this range like air aisa , etc . follow me for more reviews like this.
