I am very Disappointed with the service of Air India, Once me and my family had a vacation at Hyderabad, after all we booked tickets from Hyderabad to Kerala Few months Before, It was one of the worst day in our life. Here I would like to share the incident that happened to us from Air India.
We have landed in Cochin International Air Port, Then we came to that our Baggage’s have not arrived and loaded yet, Some of other passengers had the same situation, We all passengers all together have raised a complaint on the situation to Air Port authorities, After a long Debate they conveyed that, it will take around 72 hours to receive our Baggage’s.
After one day we have called with the complaint report, but there was no response, then we contacted the customer care and inquired about the Baggage’s, They have replied that our baggages are there in the Airport and it will take around 3-4 days for Shipping.
very next day we have mailed this issues to all the top officials Mai-ID even we have not received a reply message to, and next day we have contacted the Customer care and asked the same query’s about the Baggage’s, They given exactly the same answer what they have told yesterday that the Baggage’s are there at Airport, The shipping will take around 3-4 Days, Remember one thing that 1 day have passed, But dialogues are same. this is what happening to many of the passengers, Even the customer care executives don’t know whats exactly happening over there.
This is how they give importance to our baggage s which contains all our valuable, Even these Management are not ready to apologize for the issues also, I feel ashamed that this is happening to a Flight Service that has our countries Name, This is shame for our Country.
Please all think at least once before booking the Ticket
