Extremely disappointed with my recent flight experience with Air India from Dubai to kochi. Poor customer service and disgusting cabin and restrooms. I understand that passengers are responsible for the mess but the staff did not take any action or effort to clean it. As soon as I entered the plane I went to my seat. The monitor was not working. I informed the crew but they will not even move me. They gave me used blanket when I asked for a blanket. I asked the lady flight attendant if she could give me a clean one. She said I don’t have it. They got off the flight and someone didn’t care at all. The employees are ridiculous. They don’t know what they are doing. After this flight experience I decided never take air India flight in future.
