I am a frequent flier on delhi-mubai and delhi-hydrabad route. I had not flown Air India for last three years. I always preferred jet and kingfisher over Air India.
Last week I travelled the New Air India on delhi -bhubaneswar route. I was surprised when I boarded the aircraft. It was a brand new A319. The aircraft was very clean and the flight attendants were very friendly. They gave a warm welcome. I liked the air india’s orange-red-orange seat arrangement. It looked simply great.more over the aircraft was on time and reached bhubaneswar before 5 mins. The meal served on the flight was very tasty. My journey was very pleasant and so was the return flight too.
I loved flying Air India this time and it was better than jet. Now I can surely say Air India has improved a lot but need to improve little on ground. I have decided to fly 2-3 time more with Air India and find out its consistency.
