I was flying from mumbai to bagdogra the 1st time ever since all the airlines ticket were sold i had no option than this idiotic airlines 1st thing the moment i went to the counter for the boarding there sits a big fat black man who dsnt even knw how to speak and attend to the customer rude staffs dsnt hve a bit of manners pehle jaake manners sikho phir counter par baitho. The 2nd thing my luggage was only 12kgs access and i had to pay rs5000 that means per kg how much they have charged?? Bldy bhikaris lootne baithe hai sabko bhik mangna hai toh katora leke khade raho na sadak par.
