I had booked a ticket in this airline via a travel agent. The agent made a spelling mistake in my name and left out a single letter.
Even after repeatedly calling these guys up and explaining the situation, they refused to entertain me and all the while suggested that I cancel the ticket and re book. It would’ve cost me 60 percent of the fare. It’s ridiculous. I have done similar things with other airlines and they were far more accomodating that the so called peoples airlines. Shame on air India.
