I booked Airlift on 15th of November at 4 am from my Home to Bangalore Airport which is around 45 km from my House. I was standing and waiting for the cab, the reporting time was at 4:15 . I called up the call centre and they told me to contact driver.
On calling the driver, first he did not pick up the phone and after some time he switched off the phone. Then I tried contacting Airlift numbers mentioned on the site (all the numbers) and I could only hear engage tone.
I kept trying for half an hour and after that I realized that some thing fishy is going on. I realized that airlift is not going to provide me a cab. I took an easy cab and they offered me a cab in 20 minutes and I was able to catch the flight on time (thankfully!).
I have sent a refund request to airlift lets see how it goes.
My advice is don’t ever take the Airlift it is the worst service
