Hi,
I have done bookings with air pegasus thrice. Among that the flight got cancelled twice:
May 16th 2016 - Trivandrum to BLR
Jun 1st 2016 - BLR-Trivandrum
As soon as I received the cancellation message from air pegasus, I called to the provided customer care number more than 20 times and each time I holded on for~9mins but nobody picked up the call. Apart from wasting the roaming charges(as I was outside BLR), nothing else happened.
Then I went with the online chatting option available in there website. After a long chat, they finally raised a Service Request and asked me to wait for the call.
In the first attempt, By the time I received the call, the planned reschedule flight was full and all other travel means was either at peak price or full.
Second attempt, I didnt get a call yet and the mail to the provided customer care emailID(callcentre@airpegasus.in) failed:( . Hence I mailed to "booking@airpegasus.in " and waiting for the reply.
At last, what I lost is attending my best friends wedding. She wont forgive me life long. Thanks Air Pegasus!.
