While traveling the main question arises is of accommodation, though a lot of hotels are available everywhere still a want for a homely environment and a kitchenette occupies our mind. Especially when planning a trip outside one wants to cut down on expense but still want a great experience.
I came to know about the website through my husband and we have planned our two trips(abroad) from Airbnb. Our experience was good and yes you save a lot. Considering food becomes a tension when travelling abroad, the kitchen takes away that worry usually maximum accommodations have a kitchenette available and so all the required essentials.
Yes, it wont give you the ultimate hotel experience but I guess we been to many hotels now we can experience the different side(but a good one)
When selecting a property, do some researches like reviews of the property, review about the owner, area and accessibility etc.
Airbnb takes credit cards only(as far as I am aware but you can check) and if you are not satisfied with your experience you can rate or review the property, you will get a mail about it, so kindly give an active email id and do keep a track on it. Also please READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
I never got a chance to use Airbnb in India but I am looking forward to it in my next trips.
Hope you all have a good trip and if have any query you can comment, would be happy to help(if I can resolve your query).
Happy Traveling!
