I have installed Aircel Broadband connection at home and I am experiencing the best in class service. Starting from scratch, the sales person arrived and completed the formalities within 15 minutes. The installation engineer came within next two days and installed the connection quickly. He was well mannered and knowledgeable too. Since then, I have called customer service about 4 to five times. Each time, the response is good. The issue is resolved mostly the next working day itself. Speaking about the network connectivity and data speed, I would say it’s one of the best in class. We have tested the speed on speedtest.net and for 2 Mbps connection I am consistently getting around 1.6 to 1.8 Mbps download speed. I have downloaded 3 movies till date with an average time of around 2 hours per movie. There are no connectivity issues either. Recently, I have changed my modem to Wi-FI and it’s working fine too.
