Being a big company both in national and international market aircel is not yet conform about the 3G internet service will be available in my circle i.e. maharashtra
Whenever I call customer care they say it wil be soon available and they said it 3 years ago the same.
Other companies such as airtel as already started 4G service and vodafone, relience, idea planing to started working and soon be available .
But aircel is still providing 2G data. And aircel must also work on providing proper network . Network in mountain type of place there is no network at all so there is not possible to communicate if whenever needed emergency.
There is no code to check net balance and expiry of the pack too . When I try to check as code told by customer care it shows no pack activated
Providing only 2G service . The internet speed is too slow and sometimes it even doesn’t work.
This are the some problems I am facing with aircel and I request them to work on it:(
