Lots of internal politics which will effect
individual’s performance less qualified and
experienced people will get mid year
promotions and salary hike coz they got
job on recommendation of key person in
HR.
If u r on X salary may be the person less
qualified than u can get more .
No appreciation for good work from top
management.
