Aircel is a great cellular company. Excites for many years I don’t say say its a wrong company I say its a trustable company 2-3 times it will refund my money which is unexpectly cut from my mobile balance . Lets starts my personal experience
Few years ago I broght a recharge coupen of aircel of worth rupee 249/- the internet of 2G unlimited for 3 months that time this offer is available I rechange by scartch her any used it 2 month next month say recharge yours net balance in that coupen clearly mention its for 3 month and I used only 2 month 1 month is left . So I called the customer care about this issue first time they said our computer server is low that time I will not provide any information to you .after calling him 2-3 times I told with my angry voice sir please transfer to your sinear excicutive so they transfer it I told my problem so they told me you have any msg reguarding your recharge by coupen in your inbox on your phone I say no sir my all inbox msg are wash away .so they said to me sir I can’t you any more thanks for calling aircel customer care and cut the phone that time I feel very nervousness so what to do so I forget that matters
Here is the fault issues and usefull things about this cellular company in my state up west
1) After come come back in uttrakhand they provide good and cheap internet packs as compare to others cellular company
2) Full talk time offer I mean to say no tax is cuted in up west while recharge eg. I topup at 10 rupee 10 rupee is creadit in my balance 2.50 approx not cuted the tax
3) Balance is deducted less while calling std or local
4) Woast customer care support I call many time to customer care but voice is not clear
5) Net speed is woast or nothing in some city in our state even network are not avaible at some place
Although everthing is ok reguarding this cellular company in my state up west since some years ago the company not provide any facility in our state some come back but need more improvement
