I have recently purchased a new Aircel sim to use in my Idea 3g Dongle, once the sim was activated I recharged it with Rs.399 for 2GB plan . but the problem is that I m not able to get connection on the dongle to my PC . Its shows DNS out look failed and no internet access . even it also not work in mobile the download and upload speed is 0.00 . Kindly let me know the process to activate the internet asap.
