Very innovative customer support environment. Easy targets and very good team members. Management will be very supportive and middle level managers are very easy to take calls on our own.
They have to allow leave and permissions for the betterment of the company. Otherwise there is nothing from my side.

The working time will be very hard. There will be no shift change allowed for us. Application for leave will be also little bit tough
